Portfolio Lending

What is Portfolio Lending?

Geneva Portfolio Division is just the tool you want in your loan officer toolbelt for those challenging and unique situations. We are mortgage people just like you who are making direct decisions on loans we want to fund and hold in our portfolio. We can be a bridge to help your borrower get from one place to another, operating in unique situations that Agency or FHA cannot. With GPL, you can start closing more loans and saving deals and relationships with your referral partners. By using our services, you are also creating refinance and new purchase opportunities because our loans are relatively short-term in nature and are designed to be refinanced by you when the borrower is ready.
